@sortedfood I wish I could give credit, but I don't remember where I saw this. So you cut up a piece of chicken before cooking, toss it in a bowl with oil and spices, and then pan fry it. Then put it in a tortilla with cheese, lettuce and tomato and you've got a soft taco.

@sortedfood Assuming you mean 15mins total, not active time, &that I didn't defrost something in particular ahead of time, then one of the following: Can of soup & a grilled cheese Sausage/bacon, egg & cheese sandwich Frozen pierogi (I keep a couple boxes in the freezer) Instant ramen
@sortedfood Though it took longer from frozen it's simple. I made fish and coconut curry porridge today. Fry onion and spices and fish, add heavy cream and layer coconut flour. Stir. It's delicious.

@sortedfood 15 minutes noodle omelette, tuna salad, vegetable omelette. Any type of toastie, ive normally got stuff in the fridge or cupboard that I can toss together for either a snack of meal
@sortedfood Spaghetti/some sort of pasta, sauce and premade meatballs. Just takes the time to cook the pasta.
