@X I paid for X Premium 4th times. When I asked for a refund, your response was: “Ineligible, case closed.” Yeh kaun sa tareeka hai? Customer ke paise gaye hain. At least explain why the refund was denied. Sirf “case closed” bol dena support nahi hai.
