It turns out under diagnosed food allergies were a major cause of my anxiety, the shakes, quick and unabated movements. Now I am eating healthier, I still do this but it’s far less cumbersome. Apparently, turns out my anxiety was constantly telling me something’s wrong but didn’t have the words to convey the meaning of those behaviors.
