Haya Adam, a courageous second-year law and international relations student, was unjustly expelled from SOAS, University of London, for her principled stand against the genocide in Gaza. This unprecedented act of repression is a blatant attack on her freedom of speech and the right to protest. SOAS, which claims to champion decolonial values, has betrayed its own principles by punishing Haya for her activism. We stand firmly in solidarity with her, demanding the immediate withdrawal of her expulsion.
