@RealRyanNichols I can at least say we have same experience w paid attorneys who are supposed to advocate are in the pockets of the powerful people &do not have your interest in mind at all. We had to go pro se the whole way after being screwed. Media ignores -no one's watching the watchers.

@phys_guru @Dsleuth_ That "cured the gap" according to the judge. On Appeal, the only angle I have now (I believe) is that the servicer has to prove valid assignment since they have proven they hold the Note in blank as "bearer paper". They can't prove valid assignment.

@phys_guru @Dsleuth_ Now THAT'S good. My appeal is due Dec 11. I have Note and Mortgage separated but Note with an Allonge endorsed to Blank. The Allonge was attached late and was not included on Nationstar docs but now IS included on new mortgage servicer docs after I disputed this.

I say this: it doesn't matter if they are "held accountable" in a court of law. They are accountable in the eyes of God / the Universe / themselves in the mirror, and there is no prison that compares to that hell. They are in their own worse prison, a prison in their minds. Trust that. You can see it.

@LTOW227 He's clearly lying. This young lady was cringe for sure but deep down she was terrified. Her young age doesn't know what she will know at 50. She'll be happier outside of the whole state !
