@pwikiel But I have to say investigating our failures using the end of the day monitoring and alerting system really helped us with reducing all of these problems! Still, using the indicator in our scheduling workflow (in #Airflow) saved us quite a lot

@pwikiel 2) Aside from the usual arrival latency (which can be affected by let’s say a sudden peak in traffic) an overnight problem with the spark streaming app/Kafka could cause a significant delay. So all of that would happen quite a lot (at times even a good couple of times a month)
