@ubctvuganda @TimNyangweso The government policies are simply poor. Value addition is being encouraged where the local man is producing food for reproduction and the food comes back expensive leaving the local man with no affordability. Then starving jets in.
@ubctvuganda @TimNyangweso I grew up seeing granaries in the village. You hardly see one lately . Food insecurity has been brought up by Westernisation of food where the poor government policies are now supporting value addition. Adding value and failing to eat because it comes back expensive
