Horrible experience with @agoda! My refund request was declined even after sharing medical proofs for my kid’s emergency. Forcing customers to “check with hotel approval” in such cases is unacceptable. Truly bad customer service & zero empathy. #Agoda #CustomerExperience

I'm getting hell lot of calls for not being recharged for just a month @HathwayBrdband even after patiently responding to customer service calls, even after blocking the numbers.. I don't find a way to stop here.. #soirritating
