I think @zeninternet have certainly earned their place on my 'Useless Shower of Bastards' list. Their ability to break promises of call backs, failure to engage in complaint resolution and an entire management team that spend more time in 'meetings' beggers belief. #avoid

Yet again @OctopusEnergy have demonstrated a complete lack of any level of customer service. I just tried calling to get an update on a complaint that's now TWO MONTHS OLD and was basically fobbed off. Me thinks it's time to consider switching to a company that cares.

Pretty much lost all faith in @zeninternet now which is a very sad thing to say after many years of great customer service. It certainly appears that customer service is no longer a priority to them. And so starts the process of taking my custom elsewhere. #zen #zeninternet

@OctopusEnergy And as I mentioned on the phone, you've been dragging your heels on this for far too long. It took me under an hour to work out what you owe me and yet its taken you weeks if not months. I've lost count how many phone calls and emails I've made and sent.
I used to be a big fan of @OctopusEnergy Now I can only suggest they are avoided at all costs. I'm having to take them to a small claims court for money they owe me. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve this other than to send platitude laced emails with zero follow-up.
Huge congratulations to @RSComponents for making it on to my 'Useless Shower of Bastards' list. Amazing levels of terrible customer service and a website that's about as accurate as a stretched tape measure means this bunch of inept clowns lose me as a customer. #bastards
