Israel har skickat in ca 4 gånger så mycket kcal in i Gaza mellan Oktober 2023 och Oktober 2025 som genomsnittet Gaza hade med lokal produktion plus leveranser av kommersiella produkter mellan 2015 och 2022, och sen till och med mycket mer än det efter oktober 2025. Jag håller inte med om det du skriver det är inte sanningen, men du är fri att ha vilken åsikt du vill och jag ska nu svara på historia delen av ditt inlägg: När det gäller historiskt så var åren innan 1948 fyllda av oprovocerade massakers från Araber mot Judar medans de få incidenterna som inträffade åt andra hållet, tex Deir Yassin incidenten, har otroligt mycket kontext som alltid Araberna tar bort i sin felaktiga version av händelsen. Hesbron massakern 1929 tex var Araber som gick in i Judiska Ghettot och massakrerade människor bara för att de var Judar och kom till för att Araberna ljög om att Judar slaktade muslimer i Jerusalem och planerade att attackera Al-Aqsa. Deir Yassin var i jämföresle när Araberna hade startat inbördeskriget mot Judarna, satt 100,000 Judar i Jerusalem under belägring och mat vatten, medicin och bränsle började ta slut. Judiska konvojer till Jerusalem attackerades konstant av Araber och hundratals Judiska civila dödades på vägarna omkring Jerusalem då. Vägen mellan Jerusalem och kusten (Tel Aviv) gick genom en massa Arabiska byar, det betydde att vägarna var otroligt svåra att skydda för Judarna och de var liv och död situation för Judarna som bodde i Jerusalem. Judarna startade operation Nachshon, för att bryta den arabiska belägringen av Jerusalem och befria Judarna där. Irgun och Lehi tog sig mot Jerusalem men i Deir Yassin så blev de attackerade av beväpnade Araber där. Omkring 100-110 Araber dog, var av 30-40 militärer och ungefär lika många beväpnade civila som var med i deras attack mot de passerande judiska armeerna. Araberna ljög sedan om denna händelse och sa att Judarna slaktade 300 oskyldiga civila, trots att det var Arabernas fel och dödsiffran av obeväpnade civila var 1/10 av vad Araberna sade. Denna incident där Araberna solklart var ensam bad guy och ljög om, användes sedan för att skrämma upp den arabiska befolkningen som var anledningen till att många flydde kriget som startade några veckor senare. Kollar du sedan på Nakba så lämnade en stor majoritet av de 600k-700k Araberna självmant på grund av rädsla från denna lögn, orders från Arabiska lett lämna för att senare kunna komma tillbaka när Israel var besegrat, bara för att de är rädda för det närliggande kriget som Araberna startade för att utrota Israel på sin första dag som nystartat land. Hundratusentals stannade och välkomnades av Israel. Nakba myntades sedan av den Syrisk-Libanesiske författaren Constantine Zurayk och det stod för Arabiskt misslyckande och bristande ledarskap men rebrandade sedan 20 år senare av USSR propaganda till att helt plötsligt bli en humanitär katastrof och etnisk rensning. Det är inte sant, det var ingen rensning på Palestinier utan bara ett krig som de själva startade för att döda judar och för att de vägrade acceptera en Judisk stat någonsin. Samtidigt hotades och etniskt rensades 850k-1,000,000 Judar från de omkringliggande Arabiska länderna under samma period och ALLA dessa med våld, hot och det är den riktiga Nakban, Palestiniernas Nakba var ingen etnisk rensning utan bara modern sovjetisk propaganda. Judarna har alltid bara försökt få en stat, de har tackat ja till alla förslag de fått och Araberna sa alltid nej och vägrade en Judisk stat. Judarna köpte mark för pengar, inte stal den. Jag förstår. Jag tycker sanktioner mot Israel skulle vara otroligt fel, jag ser det som att BDS movmenten är en fortsättning på arabernas genocidal bojkott mot judar åren omkring Israel skapande. Första innan 1948 blockade araber handel med judiska företag, frös ut judar och satte Jerusalem under belägring där de hindrade alla matleversnser in till stan för att svälta den judiska befolkningen. Sedan när Israel bildades startade de en 31 år lång blockad mot Israel där inga av arabländerna handlade med israeliska företag, ingen handel eller leveranser fick ske via land, vatten eller luften från arabiska omliggande länderna till Israel och Israel fick inte använda Suez kanalen. Syftet med den blockaden var att totalt frysa ut Israel, svälta dess befolkning, få deras företag och ekonomi att krascha, hämna judiskt inflytande och utveckling. Nu bojkottar dem judiska och israeliska företag runt om i världen, vill få bort alla judiska och Pro Israeliska röster från media, politik och forskning för att få bort allt inflytande och så att deras röster aldrig ska kunna få komma med motargument, de försöker också få bort alliansen mellan Israel och USA för att göra Israel svagare så att de ska kunna förstöra landet. Det och mycket mer... För mig är det tydligt att det handlar om att göra Israel så svagt som möjligt för att man vill kunna förgöra landet precis som de öppet talar om.

Here is my second main article on the Gaza famine narrative, covering the whole food situation in the Gaza Strip. This articles focuses on IPC's August 2025 famine declaration and I present a lot of new information and clear evidence of the false classification of Gaza as in famine. IPC famine requires three pillars at the same time: extreme food deprivation, critical acute malnutrition, and famine-level mortality. All these three criteria needs to be reached at the same time for it to be a famine: - 2 deaths per 10,000 people/day from starvation related causes. - 30 percent of children suffer from acute malnutrition. - 20 percent of households face extreme food shortages The IPC famine declaration for Gaza Governorate did not meet IPC’s own famine standards. Mortality: - The mortality pillar failed first. IPC’s famine threshold implies hundreds of non-trauma deaths per day at Gaza’s population scale. But recorded malnutrition-related deaths remained far below that. - IPC projected more than 10,000 malnutrition-related deaths between 22 August and 9 October 2025. The reported outcome was only 192 deaths during that period. That is around 98% below IPC’s projection. - IPC also claimed the situation was worsening exponentially. But the daily and weekly MoH Telegram updates show a mostly stable/linear pattern, not exponential growth. - By 20 July 2025, after more than 21 months of war, Gaza had reported only 68 malnutrition-related deaths, 1/3 of the amount in US when accounted for population size. But Gaza was already claimed to be in Famine by many since the beginning of the war. Malnutrition: - The malnutrition pillar was also extremely weak. IPC did not use standard WHZ survey data. Instead, IPC relied on MUAC-only screening data for Gaza for the first time ever. - MUAC mesures the arm size of children between 6 and 59 months. It is much more sensitive to age structure, measurement quality, sampling method, and data errors, than WHZ that uses weight/height. - IPC’s own cited literature warns that MUAC-only data should not simply be converted into WHZ-equivalent famine thresholds. The 15% MUAC threshold is especially problematic and should have been around 23% instead and IPC’s own guidance says MUAC above 15% does not clearly distinguish Phase 4 from Phase 5. - The dataset that most helped IPC reach a famine conclusion was MDM-France and it also had the clearest data-quality problems. It had missing location metadata, it had children outside the target age range, it had a very high MUACZ standard deviation, it had the highest MUACZ flag rate, it had poor age-group accounting, and it was also the only Gaza Governorate dataset that crossed the 15% threshold for both younger and older children. - In a serious famine assessment, that kind of outlier dataset should be treated with extreme caution. Instead, it became central to the famine declaration. - The largest July dataset, Juzoor, screened 5,450 children. Juzoor’s weighted GAM by MUAC was only 8.29%. That was far below the IPC famine threshold of 15%, or around 23% as it should have been. - MedGlobal also had a large dataset, 2,811 children, and showed only 5.26%. But MedGlobal was missing from IPC’s main table. - When MDM-France is excluded because of its quality problems, the combined Gaza Governorate July MUAC result falls clearly below 15% and the broader Nutrition Cluster weighted data for July and August also remained below the famine threshold. - IPC’s later addendum created further problems. UNRWA’s split-period values appear inconsistent with the Nutrition Cluster’s weighted July value. AEI’s sample size changed from 1,807 to 5,085 in the split-period table. Juzoor was split in a way that moved much of its low-GAM data into the first half of July and left a higher value in the second half. This created the visual impression of rapid deterioration. But the broader weighted data did not show a clean famine-level threshold crossing. - When cleaning the data, by using IPC's own guidelines that they often broke themself, the combined Gaza Governorate GAM MUAC result for July becomes approximately 11.45%. This remains clearly below the flawed 15% IPC MUAC threshold. - In the August 2025 Nutrition Cluster numbers, they rounded all their data to hide the data quality but the trend was clearly going down from July. Food Deprivation: - The food-deprivation pillar was also weak. IPC relied on remote household survey data. One phone-based source suggested around 73% of households in severe or very severe hunger. Another source, linked to a face-to-face baseline and later follow-up interviews, suggested around 21%. That is a difference by more than a factor of three. IPC only gave weight to the more extreme source that was much more easily affected by bias. - Food inflow data also contradicted the famine claim. Gaza had already received very large amounts of food during the first seven months of 2025. The average was around 112 food trucks/day, mostly calorie-dense humanitarian food. That was far above the estimated wartime need of roughly 66 food trucks/day. - In August 2025, food inflow increased further. Gaza received 123,256 metric tons of food in August. That equals around 1.9 kg of food per person per day. - This does not prove equal distribution, but it strongly contradicts the claim of physical food absence at famine scale. - Market prices also moved against the famine narrative. WFP data showed prices peaked around June 2025 and then declined heavily through July and August. By the time IPC declared famine on 22 August, huge amounts of food had entered Gaza and prices were falling. That is not what a rapidly worsening famine normally looks like. IPC earlier reports: - The earlier IPC reports from 2023 and 2024 also shaped the narrative. IPC repeatedly warned that famine was imminent or likely. Those warnings were treated by media, NGOs, activists, and politicians as proof that famine was already happening. But the later mortality outcomes did not match those projections. - IPC itself acknowledged in June 2024 that famine was not currently occurring. That reversal received far less attention than the earlier famine warnings. By August 2025, many people already believed famine had existed for months. The IPC declaration therefore looked like confirmation of a narrative that had already been built. Conclusion: - When the three IPC pillars are examined separately, they collapse. Mortality was nowhere near famine level. Malnutrition relied on weak MUAC-only data and bad-quality outliers. Food deprivation relied on selective survey interpretation while food inflows and prices pointed in the opposite direction. - This was not a famine, it was a political and media narrative built from weak data, false baselines, selective reporting, and repeated exaggeration. - War conditions were real, but that is not the same as an IPC Phase 5 area-level famine. My conclusion: the August 2025 IPC famine declaration was not supported by the evidence required under IPC’s own standards.

Yeah, indeed I agree. I feel like we aren't really able to debate this topic right now either. We will see if something comes up at later occasions in this topic or others. I enjoyed talking about the subject with you, I am just very time limited since two weeks ago. I started to write my outline of my article in September and had so much free time since then, until now. But since I work full time now it's hard to make longer answers than this and I apologize if I have said anything rude. It's not my intention but I'm not as careful of my words when I just have a couple of minutes here and there to write answers on the phone instead of the computer. Have a great day.

To be clear, your responses to my article doesn't demonstrate anything about the losses not being compensated or anything related to that either. There is no way to know exactly know. What we do know is that if barley enough food entered Gaza or close to pre war levels, that the risk of it not being enough would have been high when though the food were changed to mostly humanitarian aid. But now we know that around 4 times more kcal entered Gaza during 2024 and first 9 months of 2025 (and even more after), with 80% being both kcal and protein heavy food and 20% of that being vitamine heavy food, that is a hefty marginal that clearly would be enough. Also, the humanitarian aid food compensate for the local production. Beans and lentils have around 25g protein per 100g in their dry weight, that is much higher than the fishes collected in the water of Gaza. Beans and lentils also have a lot of iron and vitamins. That food is a base of the humanitarian aid and it compensate greatly for meat and fish and I eat a lot of that with my girlfriend that is vegetarian and that is great healthy food. Please just face the fact that the food that entered Gaza were much higher levels and much better food than before the war when factoring in local production. That compensate for the local production both in how much food that entered and the variation and healthyness of the food.

I don't have time to answer more now but I can answer this: "What evidence demonstrates that those losses were fully compensated?" The clear data of how much food entered Gaza, much more than before the war, and what that food was made of. 80% humanitarian aid and 20% general food items like meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. That is a great mix that clearly allowed the population to eat healthy and avoid starvation with a huge marginal. If someone was hungry in Gaza even though all evidence points that hunger was made up, it was because Hamas stole food, sold aid food that was supposed to be free and people who were poor didn't get the help they needed. That is on Hamas. Then if the food didn't reach all locations in Gaza that is because of both Hamas and the UN, not Israel.

The small amount of local production, like the fisheries you mention that before the war gave every person in Gaza around one meal of fish per year, is covered by far in the food Israel has sent in during the war. Most of the healthcare Gaza had before the war is still operational, 2/3 of the hospital beds for an example but that has very little to do with food and starvation. Aid food is made so it doesn't really need refrigeration and you can even cook water that has bacteria in it, it dies when it's boiling. Your question: "I ask why a food-only estimate is being compared against a benchmark that refers to total civilian throughput." Answer: As I said, the media, UN and NGOs used truck numbers based on the same pre war data of truck numbers all the time. Why is it important you ask? Because the whole narrative about starvation comes from them making a baseline just like that but made on false food data. My numbers are much more accurate but then I don't really use it, I only use it to debunk their 500-600 trucks entered before the war and Amnesty's flawed report. As I said, I instead calculated based on population kcal demand, which is a much better baseline for the war. The media and NGOs haven't done that in their reporting, they used only the pre war numbers, and the wrong ones not made from full year averages and including 75% non food items instead. Your question: "I ask whether visual observation alone is sufficient to determine nutritional adequacy." Answer: I haven't never said that it is just because of this, but the combination of everything is clearly enough. The many times more food than needed that has entered Gaza, the market prices, the complete lack of images and videos showing people in actual need except for staged scenes and people with pre-existing conditions and all the lies and fabrication of data in the IPC reports, by NGOs and the media. Why should a prewar baseline still be used? It is the comparison to use because the population size is still in the same ball park, just smaller with maybe 100k people. It is NGOs, UN and the media that uses pre war baseline and wrongly claimed that 500-600 trucks entered Gaza per day where they implied that it is the food demand. That baseline is used wrongly and it should be 73. I don't use that baseline, instead I made separate calculations how much food is actually needed and that was the main numbers in my article and with aid food kcal numbers 66 trucks food per day is needed in average, included big marginals. Those The food during the war is ment free aid to the civilans but instead it is still sold to profit for Hamas as commercial goods. If you claim that storage, uneven distribution, market functionality and stuff is a problem more than my added marginals, that is ONLY up to Hamas and UN, Israel brings the food to the border and it has provided much more food than before the war, and the food has been much more kcal dense. Israel brings enough food water and medicine with huge marginals, many times more than the demand during the active fighting and much, much more than that now during the ceasefire. If that is not enough Hamas and UN needs to change, not Israel. But it is enough and that is why the UN lies all over the media and in their IPC reports. They belive Hamas lies and are filled with leftist activists and that is the problem. Everything in Gaza is filmed but not a single person has been seen starving and every where else in the world where hunger is severe there are images and videos proving that. Not in Gaza, there they used only people with pre-existing conditions for propaganda purposes instead.
