Sorry @adidas @adidasUK, I tried to do this without resorting the SM but you just keep fobbing me off! My 2nd pair of #ultraboost22 sole has failed in the same place after only 32 runs (341km). Clearly these aren't performing as designed and marketed. How do I record a complaint?

you remotely disconnected on 4/7 and now you have to get an engineer to visit to rectify. Why can’t you remotely connect again. As I explained to your Customer Representative I hope my brother doesn’t have a problem and can’t get hold of emergency services due to lack of 2/3

How do you make a formal complaint to @Tesco ? No customer service email on their website and when you call and ask for it they advise there isn’t one and the complaint has to be made over the phone. This is useless as it just then goes nowhere!
