Here are the facts regarding the trial against Jerry Sandusky Aaron Fisher denied being abused several times, even while under oath. He once falsely accused a school worker of accosting him and was proven to be lying by security footage. Fisher changed his timeline and nature of abuse at least 3 times. He falsely accused Sandusky of sabotaging his car after he had an accident in which he nearly killed two people. Aaron’s friends and family no longer believe he was abused by Sandusky. Fisher’s ex-wife credibly accused Aaron of domestic abuse and filed a protection order against him which he violated. Aaron’s ex-wife now believes that Aaron was abused not by Sandusky, but rather Aaron’s former stepfather Eric Daniels and that’s why investigators initially believed him. Daniels pleaded guilty to 106 counts of abuse including of his own kids. Fisher was paid $7.5 million for his testimony. Allen Myers was the 13 year old in the McQueary episode. After the grand jury report was illegally leaked Allen wrote an LTE to the local paper praising Jerry Sandusky as a great man and father figure. After Sandusky was arrested Allen went to Sandusky’s lawyer and gave an affidavit saying nothing happened in the shower. Myers then flipped and became an accuser but never testified in Sandusky’s trial. The only time Myers testified under oath was at Sandusky’s appeal. Myers said he was abused then but gave no details. The defense showed a picture of Myers & Sandusky at Myers wedding and asked him where it was taken. Myers said he didn’t know. Myers said I don’t remember 34 times when the defense pressed about his previous documented encounters with Sandusky. Allan Myers was paid $6.9 million despite not testifying. Myers died in May 2026. Jason Simcisko told police that nothing inappropriate ever happened with Sandusky. His story changed to mild abuse after getting a lawyer, Andrew Shubin. He testified that he was upset that Sandusky didn’t adopt him. Simcisko testified that he changed his mind after everything that came out. He told John Ziegler that he lies and says he’s a professional gambler so people don’t question where he got his money. Simcisko was paid $7.25 million for his testimony. Brett Houtz originally said nothing inappropriate happened. There is an audio tape played at the trial where his lawyer conspired with investigators to lie to him to finally claim a sex act against Sandusky. Houtz testified that his own mother didn’t believe him because he was a known liar. In 2010 he took his girlfriend and 3 year old son to see Sandusky and acted like Sandusky was his father. Houtz was paid $7.25 million for his testimony. Michael Kajak originally claimed he was abused by Sandusky in a Penn State shower in 1998 when he was 8. He changed the year to 2001 or 2002 at trial. Sandusky did not have access to the Penn State showers at that time. Kajak told a similar story at Graham Spanier’s trial. Kajak never claimed an actual sexual act occurred while under oath these two times. Between these two testimony’s Kajak gave a completely different story to PSU when getting his settlement where he alleged graphic sexual acts occurred. Kajak was paid $8.1 million for his testimony. Zach Konstas never claimed anything close to a sexual act and the 1998 incident was fully investigated and determined to be unfounded. Konstas maintained a very close relationship with Sandusky with his mother’s knowledge for 13 years after the 1998 episode with no allegations of abuse. Konstas admitted at trial that his view of Sandusky was dramatically altered after speaking to investigators and hearing media reports. Konstas was paid $1.5 million for his testimony. Dustin Struble testified to the grand jury that no sexual abuse or touching ever occurred with Sandusky. He changed his story after getting a lawyer, Andrew Shubin. Claimed that his story changed through repressed memory. In 2004, after the alleged abuse, Struble wrote in an application for scholarship that Jerry Sandusky was a kind and caring gentleman. Struble was paid $3.25 million for his testimony. No one has ever claimed to be victim 8. There is no contemporaneous report of this incident and no date for it. The only evidence is the hearsay testimony of Ron Petrovsky. Petrovsky testified that a fellow janitor named Jim Calhoun witnessed Sandusky abusing a boy in the Penn State shower. Calhoun never testified at trial but did do a police interview where he said it was not Sandusky. Sabastian Paden was added to the case after Sandusky was arrested. Based on his testimony there would have been several witnesses that could have corroborated his claims including Aaron Fisher but no one did. Paden’s mother was a key prosecution witness but she now believes Sandusky to be innocent. Paden was paid $20 million for his testimony. Ryan Rittmeyer was added to the case after Sandusky was arrested after calling a hotline number and only claiming to have been groped in a pool. He was twice incarcerated for burglary and assault. Rittmeyer’s timeline would have caused Sandusky to miss a significant number of practices for which there is no evidence of. He claimed to have been abused in a silver convertible which the Sandusky’s never owned. Rittmeyer has now retracted most of his trial testimony and is wife of 14 years now believes Jerry Sandusky to be innocent. Rittmeyer was paid $5.5 million for his testimony. There are no corroborating witnesses to any of these claims. No contemporaneous reports. No orders speaking of possible abuse. No payoffs. No drugs or alcohol. No porn. And Sandusky has virtually no testosterone or testicles and was very unlikely able to get an erection.
