Our next big thing : Iris 3.12 Release candidate out now to try : github.com/SciTools/iris/… **Especially for** improved performance and loading features.
We have now released Iris v3.12.1. This contains a single change, to make us compatible with Setuptools v80 and higher (a breaking incompatibility was found this week). This fix is needed for anyone that uses `pip install -e` with Iris, or any setup.py commands.
The full release is now out. No further changes were needed !! github.com/SciTools/iris/…
