@jetblue I want to recognize your customer care associate Ruth who helped me book my tickets using airline credits that I had through Expedia. @expedia team spend 2 hours trying to book the trip and could not but Ruth engaged the supervisor and got the issue resolved! Thank you!
#PopularBKHalf in my 16 years of running with nyrr this is the stupidest thing they have done. The management should be ashamed of themselves for treating us with such disrespect. Did they expect us to take the day off and wait for this magical new queue system to work??
