@bppulseuk Thanks for the heart attack with the £1200+VAT invoice for 2 charges. 30 minutes on hold, an 'urgent' case raised and still no answer/reply after 2 days. Charges didn't show up in the App either so no way of knowing.

@sasworkshops @joerghampel @JamesMcWS I would say 75%+ of the time (from 200+ PRs) they result in a good suggestion, defect being fixed, updated documentation, new unit tests and "it works on my machine". Feature branches mean you're reviewing some functionality which makes it less focused on nitpicking.

@sasworkshops @joerghampel @JamesMcWS Trust doesn't come into it. Everyone makes mistakes (including me) and fixing them before they go into the dev branch (and then propagate to everyone else) seems pretty obvious? You're right about interruptions but that can be minimised. Feature branches 👍

@sasworkshops @joerghampel @JamesMcWS I disagree with a lot of that article, probably too much to fit into one or more tweets. A lot of my disagreements stem from lack of merging in LabVIEW. PRs/Code Reviews do have a significant cost, but the benefits outweigh it?

@swatzyssdc @JonooH @AristosQ I was honestly pretty amazed that my ultrabook didn't catch fire from running a VM, streaming software with multiple video feeds, VNC, Webex etc. etc. only for my LAN to cut-out when the Pi tried to connect to the WiFi!
