He also started emailing these pictures that he hosted on various platforms to my colleagues and partner organisations using fake email IDs. I continued to report the incidents to the police and register FIRs but his harassment increased multifold. @CPBlr @CMofKarnataka @ncw
On 15th September, I was shocked to see him at Bangalore airport boarding the same flight as I was. He was stalking me and threatened to harm me and share my nude pictures again. I promptly reported it to the police but the police did not take any action. @NitishKumar
On 19th September, 2023, when I was moderating a webinar with international speakers, he registered using a disposable email id and joined the webinar, and started posting links containing my nude images in the chat box that was visible to everyone. @CPBlr @narendramodi
I was humiliated in front of colleagues and an international audience due to the police's inaction. He further shared my nude pictures on 30th December, 2023 on LinkedIn and PornHub along with my and my father's phone number. @MasalaBai @yogitabhayana @SwatiJaiHind @smritiirani
On 2nd March 2024 he violated his bail condition by barging into my apartment building, jeopardising my safety. Again on 11th March, 2024, he uploaded my nude pictures on a printing website and placed a COD order for 4 canvases to be printed and sent to my parent's address.
Even after 5 FIRs and numerous complaints, He is able to continue to harass and threaten me and skip the system, remains unaffected and has been getting away with his crimes because of financial immunity he is receiving from his employer. @amazonIN @amazon @CMofKarnataka
Seeing that I was receiving no recourse from FIRs filed, etc, I reached out to the @amazonIN HR and Workplace Issue Committee (IND) as a last resort, assuming that if his employer was aware, it would deter him. @amazon @ajassy @JeffBezos
On 14th March 2024, I emailed @amazonIN India and they responded saying the organisation “does not have a say in personal matters” even after I shared the gravity of the offences. @amazon @ajassy @narendramodi @CMofKarnataka @INCIndia @BJP4India
Historical background: He is a habitual offender. There is a FIR filed on him in January 2020, at Cuffe Parade Police Station, Mumbai by his ex-employer u/s 43, 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act and 500 of the IPC which was not disclosed to me at the time of marriage
It is vital that Amazon take action because he's dangerous not just to me, but to other employees, and to society at large. This is beyond a "personal" matter, it's a case of a repeat offender enjoying financial impunity and getting away with his actions without consequences.
He is not only dangerous to women but to the entire society. His parents have since then created his profile again on matrimonial websites and are trying to fool unsuspecting families. @NCWIndia @SwatiJaiHind
