@AnyVan yet again you have fallen off the face of the earth and failed to contact us. What is the delay all the time. Multiple items missing when our van arrived along with breakages yet you still do nothing. I have contacted trading standards and BBC rip off Britain team.

@schuh fantastic service Hanley store on Sat 9th, didn’t catch the a name but long hair and was speaking to us about France- my daughter was having shoes for a school trip. Knowledgeable, helpful, personable and flexible - and most importantly, not excessively pushy!

We had a wonderful day in the Manchester Exchange Store on Friday - my daughter had a makeover at the beauty concierge then the GHD lady offered to do her hair to match. Both of people we met were brilliantly knowledgable and helpful - a credit to your business.

@KFC_UKI awful service at your Meir SoT. Got home to find items missing and my 4 pc is just legs. staff were p*ssed off that I wanted to order at the counter as I had a couple of questions. The person serving me apologised for speaking to me to whoever was on his headset!
