It’s no longer sufficient to build it and hope they come. You need to find your core users, and constantly be thinking about distribution and amplification. - Get your first users through @Solanamobile - Distribute locally through @superteam - Amplify through podcasts, spaces, livestreams and content creators - Make friends IRL and online who care about you and your vision The best place to get distribution in crypto is on @Solana.
I think the challenge is that everyone can now build apps But 1) almost nobody has distribution (like an audience), or 2) the money to pay for distribution (ads or UGC), or 3) the creative genius to get distribution for free (classically called guerilla marketing)
I am definitely bullish on Solana

Introducing 🚨🚨: Rust Undead Villains 🧟♂️🧟♂️ We've just shipped a new way to test your knowledge on Rust Undead. Players can now battle against Villains, each one built around a specific concept. Defeating a Villain means you genuinely understand what they represent. Under the hood, each Villain is a Metaplex agent, registered on-chain with crafted stats that reflect how difficult they are to beat. The stronger the ability, the harder the fight. What makes them different is that they have no access to the game's question bank or battle data. They draw from real training knowledge and reason on the spot, so you can't memorise your way past them. The idea behind this was to give developers a way to go deeper. If you've been working with @metaplex NFTs or agents, or you've been building on @magicblock, there's now a Villain trained on those exact docs. Beating them is a reasonable signal that you know your stuff. We have 2 live on the dashboard already and we'll be introducing each one properly over the next few tweets.
