@editoremilye It looks like you might be using the state's speed test, which is running on a Centurylink connection in Denver. This is not a good test. What do you get on Speedtest.net (using UTOPIA's server and other non-UTOPIA servers in Utah)?

Use #SlurFuRF funds for broadband! Most federal programs prohibit cities from benefitting because incumbent provider claims make them ineligible. However, any remaining State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds can be used with significantly more flexibility. #CCCNLC #munifiber

Far more are in need of faster, reliable, and affordable broadband than those identified as “underserved”. Communities like Chattanooga have built city-wide fiber to ensure all of its citizens have access to the fastest speeds in America. Great discussion going on at #CCCNLC.
