@currys Hi, I bought an HP laptop from you in April 2021. The battery is failing to charge with an error code of "blown fuse". What are my options as 2 years does not seem a reasonable length of time to have had the device before it has had this sort of failure
Hi @currys any chance of a reply? I have a laptop that is less than 2 years old with a non charging battery. I don't believe this is acceptable under the UK consumer laws were an item must not break within a reasonable amount of time
