Undocketed filings in US v Trump (M-a-L) are stacking up. Yesterday the govt sought permission to file a surreply relating to a reply that isn't docketed yet, which related to a response that isn't docketed yet, which related to a motion that isn't docketed yet.
@rparloff Roger- can you tell us some of the possible reasons Cannon would not want these to be docketed? Does this protect her in some way?
@rparloff 🚨 Judge Aimless "Loose" Cannon gets an "A+" for DELAYING TRAITOR Trump's trial !!! Shouldn't she be EXTREMELY CONCERNED that Trump’s Classified Documents were sold to U.S. ENEMIES ⁉️
@rparloff What’s up with the Clerk’s office. Federal court usually runs like clockwork. Well, the clerks do anyway.

@rparloff So Trump team wrote up filings, filed them including sending set to Prosecution, Prosecutors received them, wrote their own response and Cannon hasn’t even noted first set documents? That’s truly messed up.
@rparloff Clerks leaving judge Aileen Cannon are really creating a backlog, huh?
@rparloff @ChrisJustice01 idk, but it sure sounds like someone is desperately trying to suspend all things in court proceedings.
@rparloff @AnnaBower That's because Cannon has effectively created a "shadow docket" to deal with filings connected to the case. She prohibited any sealed or redacted filings appearing on the Florida public docket without permission from the court ahead of time. newsweek.com/judge-aileen-c…
