Tomorrow night, I’ll join my Iceland colleagues as I give up my bed and take part in an extreme sleepout to raise money for @ActionForChildren. My new bed will be a hammock suspended from a zipline at @ZipWorldUK - all for an incredible cause!

@TomTugendhat The party needs someone like you but you need to distance yourself from many of the dinosaurs of the old cabinet who are not trusted and cannot connect with the public. A fresh new cabinet who don’t lie would be a decent start.

@daveya11 @DrGrays_Elgin Having played “ walking rugby “ before, I have an image of you starting of walking and within 3 minutes the walk turns into a speed walk which is much faster than you can probably sprint. Get well soon mate.

@IvorWool @Megan112a @LouisReesZammit Vital staff having to isolate for 10 days ( although just changed ) with a mild virus or in a lot of cases asymptomatic. That’s the problem. In the good old days the responsibility was to make the decision yourself.

@scotgov Everyone is being told to test even if asymptomatic. I wouldn’t expect low positivity rates. Pointless numbers unless you include how many are actually in hospital because of the virus and out of those who were unvaccinated and/or have underlying health conditions. Perspective !
