So accountability and responsibility are DEEPLY important to @Verizon... As long as we're talking about their CUSTOMERS. Accountability and responsibility mean NOTHING when it comes to @VerizonSupport's agents. We're just numbers who got SCREWED. What did they get? MEMOS.
LIES. All of it. Those promises were swept under the rug, "golly-gee-whiz, those guys shouldn't have said that, but whattagonnado?" Absolutely NOTHING about those "broken promises" that "stop here," it turns out.
@VerizonSupport Nothing more to say, then? Not so eager to "fix it" anymore? Suit yourself. Your customer service agents screwed me over, but instead of holding THEM accountable, you treat ME like a number whose life has no value. Our lives DO matter. And I'm not going anywhere.
@VerizonSupport Are you in the habit of making promises to customers that are nothing but lies, jerking them around for weeks, making them jump through endless hoops, and then breaking every promise? I’ve just given a painfully accurate description of Verizon📞 Customer Support.
If their customer support agents lie and make promises to you that are broken... Well, that sucks to be YOU, too! What, like you expect them to hold themselves accountable for fulfilling their own promises? AS IF!!!
