Vehicles are not allowed to stop on Atal Setu unless there is an emergency. Clicking pictures is also not permitted. But still, people are stopping cars, taking pictures, climbing the railing, having nariyal Pani, spitting, and littering the bridge. Surprisingly, these people are supposedly part of the rich and educated class who diligently follow all laws when visiting abroad. Lack of civic sense and a total disregard for respect toward own country.
@theskindoctor13 A squad collecting ₹10000 challans from every vehicle which stops on the bridge will be a deterrent. The revenue from this simple exercise will be in lakhs everyday. Rules in our country are plenty, enforcement is the issue.
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Do this and no toll will be required 😃
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 10000 or 15 days jail . Laton k bhoot bat se nahi mante. And not only stopping, they making it a picnic spot. Already you see trash around .
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Enforcement alone isn't the issue. Issue is people lack civic sense
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Prepayment towards the loan
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Traffic Cameras and speed guns at various locations. Online challans for zero/ less than minimum speed.
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 True. But I feel that can be started after 3 to 6 months once the celebrations & euphoria about this amazing new infrastructure have settled down. Indians want to & need to enjoy how the country is evolving in this last 10 years, so do allow them 6 months of unfettered happiness.
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Crushing people for stealing quality time for themselves and family is no good… creating good public infrastructure in cramped city like Mumbai is immensely important and Now !!
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Higher the fines, more room for corruption.
@rishigupta529 @theskindoctor13 Traffic police in India is one of the worst in the world. The traffic is absolutely pathetic.
