@reyah_n @TodimuAbu Not really, there’s almost always a visible differences even if you might not notice it. If there isn’t, you’re probably missing macros like protein, or have some other dietary issue that needs to be addressed.

@reyah_n Facts cuz I still have this flabby tummy but my upper body is stronger and I have more endurance
@reyah_n Hey, I saw 2 ladies in the change room at gym last year talking about their comrades marathon experience they ran a week ago. I was eavesdropping on their conversation. Their bodies looked like they never even ran a 5km in their lives. I was shocked!
@reyah_n It’s just the one that ppl are actually striving for
@reyah_n I once did this DNA whatever test in the US that analyzed what exercise routine would be best for my genetics etc. That made me understand that even genetics play a role so that could be it with other factors. I don't do well as others on HITT but 2 weeks of constant pilates😍
