@praxisaus I think this sounds very reasonable. Set incremental targets. Try to work on each part of the process - ethics, protocols, recruitment, data, manuscript writing - to improve performance at each level. A multi-pronged attack!

Highly recommend @canva to make research posters and presentations. Easy to use, cloud based, wide range of designs and media, has a female founder, and it’s Australian. We haven’t touched PowerPoint or Keynote since we first made the move across.
