Healing Land Reiki @reiki_land

At one time my hands were a source of immense pain & shame as they were red, angry & filled with oozing blisters. Now my hands have transitioned to a place of compassion & connection. My hands are a healing energy source as I practice reiki & reach for connection to others.

Energy is contagious. As you heal you may find that some people no longer align. It’s ok to shift away from certain people as you grow. Some energies you may no longer want to absorb.

Tonight I had a reiki treatment. It was just what I needed. It’s important as coaches, therapists and healers to engage in self care.

By rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Biden indicates he’s more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh. This agreement will do little to affect the climate and will harm the livelihoods of Americans.
