The EC has been a disaster since appointment. I haven't seen the opposition put up such a protest against as Imani has consistently and constructively done.

It has been a tiresome & frankly frustrating few years of trying to hold Ghana's Electoral Commission to account! But IMANI is not giving up yet. It has enlisted a body that has the powers to tackle the EC's impunity. Public accountability is a marathon!

For 4 years, EC has lied to that the multimillion dollar equipment used for elections all date to 2011 & are obsolete. They have gone on to sell them for cheap. Compromising sensitive data.
IMANI just filed a petition to CHRAJ to save our elections.

Usually in election years, governments are able to stabilize a few things for people to sort of forget austerities from previous years but not this government. It's getting worse by the day and we are only 7 months away from the election
You voted twice for a president who told citizens he intentionally abandoned development projects for them because he lost an election in their constituency
There are many fundamental issues we need addressing going into this year's election. We need to do a lot of critical assessment of promises and policies over the last 12-16 years and see where we are headed.
