Very powerful poem #Resilience .......so the next time pain comes knocking at your door, let it in. give it a place to sit and offer it some biscuits. talk to it, ask about the weather and how its day was, ask why it comes and how long it wants to stay. you'll be surprised to know that sorrow has a home and other places to go, it does not wish to invade and seize what's not its own. so open your doors and let it walk in, but remember to remind it not to overstay its welcome; it has other houses to visit. remember: if your body is a house, then grief is only a guest. #ananditasundar @khushsundar @TheAmandaGorman @Pink @kiranshaw @suzannebernert @kohliseetu @Cric_gal @Least_ordinary @psych_indore @KanganaTeam @narendramodi
@ravikarkara @mentalistusa @MentalGameOfBiz @MentalHealerid @cheerfulclips @mentalhealth @ladygaga @brockpierson @ElvishYadav @PeterHotez @PeterDiamandis I just sit with the memories and cry ... and if it gets too much, I write what I feel.. you never know when grief comes. Not fighting it seems the best way to be able to live.

It is a comforting way to look at grief, reminding us to acknowledge it but also to gently let it pass in its own time. It is always good to remember that even in pain, we are not alone.
