Shipped 3 builds tonight. 1. The desk used to sell 70% at 2x and trail the rest. On the fast coins the rest gave it all back. $Gas went 5.1x, the desk took +64%. Now it sells in steps: 40% at 1.5x, 30% at 2x, 20% at 3x, 10% at 5x. Before it touched money, I ran both exits on the same 1,649 paper trades: Steps: +22.8% a trade. Old exit: +14.1%. On the newest 30%: steps -0.4%, old exit -9.8%. Gross, before costs. Paper keeps grading both. 2. Who is buying. Every wallet trading pumpfun now gets a real record, read from the chain: round trips, win rate, avg win vs loss. 7,800 wallets scanned in the first 5 minutes. Wallets that keep buying the same coins within 3 seconds are one crew. One crew, one buyer. That idea comes from @matthewabides and his Queen. 3. A FOMO tap. The rats are learning FOMO's fingerprint on-chain so every FOMO trade can be read live. None of the new signals move money until the paper record proves them.

RATNET update, the last 48 hours. The Rat King graded 1.3M of its own price predictions out of sample. After costs, acting on them lost 6% a trade. So that model switched itself off. Live money now only follows strategies that clear a luck test.
