@Avis its 10:15pm….I’m on the couch and have returned the car. Rental agreement says return June 4th by 11pm. Why did I get charged a late fee? You charged me for fuel too. Want me to upload the receipt from when I filled the tank up 1/2 mile away before returning

@Avis is a scam. My 2026 rental broke down 20 min into my trip and Avis towed it & booked me a replacement but they are still charging me a one way rental fee because they said it breaches my contract not returning it to the same location… but THEY TOOK THE CAR.
@Avis I deserved a credit for the HOURS it delayed my trip but instead I’ve been fighting just to not get charged more than I should’ve. Ridiculous. DONT USE AVIS
@Avis horrible customer service experience . I’m a presidents club member . Made a no pre. Paid reservation in MCO this past weekend . I was unable To make trip but I am being charged for the full rental . Even though I called Avis the day before and also the day of the rental.

Hey @Avis, an hour waiting to rent a car I already paid for, because two people were in front of me in line, is insane. Your Edinburgh Haymarket location is the worst run rental car counter in the country. The five people behind me will be lucky to leave here before lunch.

@Yukime_VT @CelesticEyes @Avis -I had to request a review of call logs in order for them to give my money back, and even then it was a partial refund. I vowed to avoid Avis like the plague and I really wish I could recommend other companies but I’m still in search of some myself smh.
