@etihad Unfortunately. As per your customer service,Cabin supervisor didn’t reported issues when I was traveling that’s why they can’t refund my extra paid money for the legroom. Because of his mistakes I am struggling.

@etihad After Several calls still waiting for refund. My simple point is check my boarding pass and seats numbers and go to plan check seats. There was no extra legrooms. It was regular seats. But they are not accepting it. I need solution for this.

@unifyall1234 @etihad Horrible service. I have paid extra for the legroom and due to technical error someone else was seating on my seats. Air hostess and cabin supervisor tried to convince other passengers didn’t worked out and told me that they are going to report it from their side but didn’t..!

@etihad Worst Experience ever had. Paid extra for the legroom for two seats but seats wasn’t available,Air hostess and her supervisor said they will report to customer care and will refund extra paid amount for the legroom. After 45 days of great investigation they refused it.

@JaguarCanada @JaguarUK If you are ready to spend $ 2000 - $ 2500 every 20000 KMS then only buy this. Looks like Buying a brand new Jaguar F Pace is biggest mistake of my life.
