@elonmusk From what I know about world order & economics, this approach benefits smaller nations whose currency isn’t dominant & not USA. My concern? If the status quo shifts, people may resist trading in dollars. And right now, there’s no strong contender to replace it.

@aparanjape Our rivers are sick. We need to clean them allocate more resources for the same. In 10 years these rivers will be dead (basis: oxygen % in water). Infrastructure should include clean rivers and water bodies. Policies for all water resources. A lot is desired.

@aparanjape Have you noticed trucks are plying on all internal roads now. They use right lanes. Highways between 6-9 pm shouldn’t have truckers. But we have them. Near bitwise they take all three lanes. Pune is no more organised.

@aparanjape Pune authorities believe in redoing good roads and turn them into bad ones, the footpaths are expanded so we can have more dabeli and wadapav outlets, normal roads with no damage are turned into cement ones. And if the work is on in one area they dig connecting road as well.

@aparanjape These days trucks are everywhere and on highways they are in the right and middle lane while the third lane is occupied by the two wheelers. Also 6-9 pm ban on truck movement is gone. #trafficwoes #pune

@aparanjape Airport problem can be solved by converting part of NDA facility in chandni chowk to International airport. The land acquired at various places can be given to NDA and exchange can be done at current prices so future NDA expansion wont suffer.
