Ignore the chaos, breathe deeply. Listen to some good music. Take a bubble bath, just don't sit and focus on targeting. They are trying to keep you in a trauma loop.

Remember their tech is manipulating you emotionally. Try to make unemotional decisions if possible. Try not to react. Breathe deeply and try to relax if you can. Remember that you are loved by God and no one can stop the good plans he has for your life.
