I’m not an investor in Humane, but I think it’s a bold attempt to reinvent personal computing for AI, and I can’t wait to get my preorder unit!
@pmarca V1s are hard. New form factor is impossible to v1 correctly. I will be setting reminds for 2 years
@pmarca Agreed. They shipped a v0. It only gets better from here on out and they seemingly have the runway to keep iterating.
Do you have friends, colleagues or associates who have invested in @Humane? If so please disclose this information Having watched @MKBHD’s review of the Humane AI Pin I will not be purchasing one It does everything an iPhone can do but worse and slower After raising c300M and toiling away for 6 years that’s the best they can come up with? The CEO should return investor funds and shut down - what a waste of time and money!
@pmarca Not surprising to see the amount of pages created strictly to push the humane products commenting on this. Lots of bots supporting the humane pin and few humans. While a bold attempt is a bold attempt, a miss is a miss. Normalize not giving venture backed tech a pass
@pmarca I've seen a few attempts to create a device/assistant with AI built in, but I'm yet to see one which seems plausible as a successful product. And this one claims to go even as far as replacing phones? I dont see it D:
