Logic Pro sessions that won’t let you open because they keep crashing on every Open attempt from random plugins can usually be opened by first opening any other Logic session, then come back and try to open your problem session. It’s a terrible bug that’s been with us since 10.4

Logic Pro X 10.5.1 - If you're stalled at the splash page, restart Logic and have Mission Control open. There's a plugin validation window hiding behind the splash page that won't let you go further. Close that window and Logic will open properly.
