@redfred0416 In terms of off load and refund from airline, sa PH Government Policy, out of policy po tlaga ng Airline kapag si passenger na off load due to travel documents kc hndi po si airline ang nag mandate ng policy si government po hiwalay po kc tlaga ang policy ng airline
