@vijayanpinarayi Literacy has nothing to do with overall development. FYI, Kerala does not lead in healthcare, infrastructure or any other field for that matter. And by the way, improved literacy rate is the contribution of social reformers such as Narayana Guru, Ayyankali and C P Ramaswamy Iyer.
@vijayanpinarayi Literacy rate could be 97% but more than half of students getting out of college has no leadership skills, language skills or creative thinking skills, the only skills they are taught in school is how to be a corruptive official . The IAS OFFICER MR. Shiva Shankar is one of them.
