@peer_rich @calcom No easy way to add another member to the invite after the call is booked. Sometimes, I just want to add someone to the invite after the invite got created.
@peer_rich @calcom Can‘t set event type location to an integration via API. So defaults to Cal Video which users often don‘t like. Should default to whatever the user default is, e.g. Meet or Zoom
@peer_rich @calcom Another Cal video one - the links expire after the meeting time. But in reality people are messy, drag events around in their calendar or verbally agree to meet the same time next day. So then they stand in front of an expired Cal Video room. Doesn‘t happen with other platforms
@peer_rich @calcom no ability to add someone as optional to invites (for situational awareness but not blocking calendar)
@peer_rich @calcom I know I didn't try hard enough, but I still haven't figured out how to set up Google Meet as the video conf default, rather than the default Cal.com video provider option. Maybe make it part of the onboarding workflow?

I have setup default reminder workflows to automatically send reminders 30 mins before the call. The Google meet link is not present in those reminder invites. It’s getting confusing for customers and they keep asking me what’s the link to meet. Attaching how the both look - one is the invite I get when I book a call, and another screenshot is the invite I get to my calendar as a reminder 30 mins before the call. The reminder email has no Google meet link.
