How strong is strong enough? I go by these strength standards Strength is the low hanging fruit until they can hit the Minimums The Goal numbers are the point of diminishing returns for strength alone (maybe sooner)

@pbasilstrength Good stuff coach! I used: Fball/bball: did athletes dominate the person n front of them. on aggregate athletes under my program dominated. I determined we were strong 4 that game. tried WT room# n my youth. But was always let down: no Lift # translated 2 the athlete performance
