@NBAMemes I was there. This happened on Park Place and Church St. 😂. He climbed up there and had mad beers. We think he clearly took some drug while sitting on top of the train station post. He started foaming at the mouth and was there just leaning on top of the post. Fans stepped in.
@Novig I was at the Knicks parade. The pic you chose is WILDLY misleading. I couldn't get anywhere near Broadway as that's the only street fans were allowed to be. Fulton and Broadway were overrun, so some ppl go to post up on that street. I was stuck on Park Place and Church St.
