Incident logs are not compliance evidence. Evidence requires: • policy reference • control obligation • execution record • supervisor verification • corrective tracking Most systems stop at logs. That gap is expensive.
Guard tour systems optimize workforce execution. They do not bind policy obligations directly to execution records. When an incident hits, teams reconstruct compliance manually. That reconstruction tax is rarely measured. It should be.
