@oneplus I am the one who had to wait 25 days to get an invoice issued. And it happened to be for €150 less than what I paid for. And your support team stopped responding. That's who I am. Never again OnePlus!
@oneplus One of the worst purchase of my life. Most of the features are not working not even simple ones like alarm and auto turn off functions. I am suspecting even the hardware mentioned are proper or not.
