After 12 months of quiet hustle, I’m excited to properly launch Pink Lake Producers – a simple way for you to get genuinely good Australian meat and seafood delivered straight to your door. It started with word-of-mouth from locals and quickly grew bigger than one farm could handle, so we’ve pulled together a small co-op of like-minded producers to keep up with demand. A quick look at what’s now available: ✅️ 4 Wagyu cattle finishing now (2 already spoken for) ✅️ 50 Aussie White lambs heading to processing in the next few days (proper young lamb, not mutton) ✅️ Fresh seafood boxes in time for Christmas – we can blast-freeze and ship nationwide if you’d like them frozen ✅️ Pasture-raised chickens growing fast; spatchcock (males) will be vacuum-packed as soon as we sex them 😬 If something sells out, we’ll let you know straight away and put you first in line for the next batch. I’ve been posting on here since #keepthesheep about farmers needing to control more of the supply chain.
