@nytimes Please let marijuana be next. 🙏 They use the same inner city marketing propaganda tactics as Big Tobacco.
@nytimes I smoke Newport and idc how nasty it is or about what it can do. I’m fully aware and it’s my choice to take that risk! It takes years to get cancer and some don’t even get it. But you can drink for an hour and kill someone by driving, immediately. 🙄
@nytimes Yeah take away the one thing 85% of population enjoy. Spoilsports 😏
@nytimes Mofos ain't ban Marlboros tho.. ain't that some shit.. cause those aren't so bad. Wow! Bootleg Newports are gonna be something else now.. 25 a pack on the low low bahahhahaa
@nytimes Interesting move. In the end this won’t work either. Historically, U.S. policy for all substance use has never worked for any substance, has it? Stop trying to save people from themselves. You couldn’t do it with the vaccine, so why is this any different. It’s Darwinism 101!
@nytimes I don't smoke but.... people gonna riot....
@nytimes Oh, more of the government telling us what we can and can't do. Adults can't get menthols, but 5 year olds can pick their gender.
@nytimes What the story doesn't mention is, they're allowing bubble gum and cotton candy flavor cigarettes.
@nytimes How come it gets FDA approval in the first place? And why are black smokers the main concern? They like the menthol ones more or it's cheaper and fit within their small budget? Hum...
