@PayPal please issue me the refund for my mint mobile sim, when I go on to the PayPal app it says to contact mint and you can see how well they're doing with their service. I do not approve the charge

Your towers have been down here for weeks now, yet to receive a text message while I'm on the phone. Currently on customer service chat they say there's no way to do a refund because it's a 7Day return policy, you guys promise me the towers would be fixed two weeks ago! Disgrace
