Platner is a loser failson, not some undiscovered working class tribune. He’s Reddit brained resentment in candidate form: no record, no accomplishments, no proof he can build, lead, or survive contact with power without becoming worse. If you’re going to back someone this glaringly flawed, he’d better be able to get shit done. Platner can’t. He’s politically impotent.

Cenk knows how to be careful and intentional when he speaks. He is capable of being measured. He does not lack the capacity for nuance. His sloppy language is intentional and meant to create plausible deniability. If he’s too stupid to understand we remove agency from him. He deserves to be held to account.
