Update: I've visited my local BMO branch, and they were able to confirm the debanking letter as legitimate. I have indeed been debanked by BMO. I will post video once I edit out some personal info that I had to provide to the teller.
BMO has debanked me. Below is the registered letter that was just delivered to me via UPS. I have 1 month to close all accounts with BMO as they have ended their relationship with me. This is a disgrace.
