@Enezator The bus has a wheelchair ramp. If it isn’t working mechanically, it can be deployed manually. Absolutely no reason for the bus operator to be picking the woman up. Either one of them could be injured. Just kneel the bus, deploy the ramp and wheel her on.
@DesiSanatani @fasc1nate There’s something wrong here. Do you see the rectangle outlined in yellow on the floor at the doorway? That is a WHEELCHAIR RAMP. Even if the power to it Is not on, it can be deployed manually. Why isn’t the driver using it?

@EllenFurlong1 @ConversationUS Excellent article about connecting with your dog. Our dear Border Terrier died last year at the age of 17. Whenever we went for a walk it was his walk. I let him set the pace and stop to investigate whatever he wanted. If I wanted to walk for exercise, I’d leave him home.
