Brad Garlinghouse says they were on the verge of shutting down the company when the SEC sued them. I respect and admire Brad, but honestly, I don't think that's entirely true. If you're so sure that Swift won't use XRP, why don't you prove it by arguing that there's another alternative? It's simple: you're bound by an NDA and can't talk about it. You know perfectly well that sooner or later Swift will have to settle in XRP if it doesn't want to go under. XRP doesn't need Swift; Swift needs XRP.
